Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agency.medixa.mk and any services provided by Medixa ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Medixa provides digital marketing services to local businesses, including website design and development, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, social media management, and digital advertising. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and scope are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to each client prior to commencement of work.

2. Payment Terms

• Website builds: 50% deposit required before work begins; remaining 50% due upon project launch.
• Monthly plans: Billed monthly in advance on the plan start date.
• Late payments: Services may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will work to resolve it or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Scope of Work and Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions as described in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope — including additional pages, features, or major content changes — will be quoted separately before work begins. Monthly plan deliverables are as described in the chosen plan tier.

4. Hosting and Domain

While clients are on an active monthly care plan, Medixa retains management of the client's website hosting and domain. The client retains ownership of their domain name at all times. Upon cancellation of services, we will assist with transferring domain and hosting access to the client within 14 business days, subject to any outstanding balances being settled.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, logos, photos, and content when requested
• Responding to review requests and draft approvals within a reasonable time
• Ensuring they have rights to any content or images they provide to us
• Payment of any third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) directly to those platforms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the website content and design we create for them. Medixa retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation

Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with written notice to contact@medixa.mk. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Medixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question in the month the issue occurred. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results from SEO or advertising services, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
